Hands On Aerobatic Flight Experiences | No Prior Flying Experience Required
Get ready to experience the thrill of a lifetime! Here is your chance to actually fly our world-class aerobatic stunt planes, hand’s on! After donning your military flight suit, parachute and helmet you will fly in either our Pitts S-2C or our Extra 300L. You will have the opportunity to fly the aircraft for up to 90% of the flight time at speeds up to 250 mph and pull up to 6 times the force of gravity. You will perform aerobatic maneuvers such as loops, rolls, hammerheads, spins and, if you are up for a more extreme thrill, we will give you the opportunity to perform sustained inverted flight, or even experience zero gravity as you push yourself and the aircraft to its limits.
INTRODUCTORY THRILL RIDE - BASIC

Flight Time: 25 minutes (15 minutes in transit | 10 minutes of Aerobatics)

This program is designed to give you a taste of what real aerobatic flying is all about. After receiving the parachute safety briefing on the ground, you will be strapped into one of our world-class stunt planes. After takeoff, you will assume control of the aircraft and transit to our aerobatic playground just off the California coastline. During transit you will be given instructions on how to fly the aircraft. You will then fly several aerobatic maneuvers, which can include a loop, roll, hammerhead, spin or a sustained inverted pass. This is a great first step into the world of flying aerobatics!

For those wanting a more comprehensive aerobatic flying experience, this is the program for you. In addition to what is included in the Intro Thrill Ride, you will be taught how to handle a high performance aircraft and execute each maneuver with precision. The details of each maneuver are explained during a full pre-flight briefing and de-briefing, which is included in this program. Feel the adrenaline rush of flying freestyle maneuvers such as the Cuban-8, Humpty Bump, Tail Slide, Lomcovak and high speed dives straight towards the ocean! Get ready for an action packed extreme flying adventure!

Here is your chance to experience what it’s like to be an “Air Show Pilot For the Day”! You will be taught the intricacies of competition aerobatics during the pre-flight briefing. Once airborne, you will fly all of the basic aerobatic maneuvers included in the previous two programs. Upon successful completion of these warm up exercises, you will then perform a sequence of complex maneuvers, similar to what you would see at an air show or an aerobatic competition. Using an Aresti Card, you will fine tune your flying skills while performing maneuvers such as The Gold Fish, Sawtooth, Flat Spin, Snap Roll, Tailslide and learn how to handle the aircraft precisely at speeds up to 250 mph as you endure the punishing effects of up to 7 times the force of gravity! This is your chance to be an aerobatic champion and to push yourself and our extreme flying machines to their limits!
